Note:

Many customers ask why the shipping fee costs 30USD,so high even for small goods, that's because we ship our goods (except nose pads) by default expedited shipping way,which takes 3-5 working days for receipt.

The cheaper way,10USD by air mail is available ,but it takes around 15-60 days for receipt,if it's acceptable, please ask for one dividual invoice for paying with detailed model no and quantity you'd like to take noted,thanks!

But one reminder about it: Customers should be very patient if by it,yet the lost rate exists.In case anything unnormal happened in the route,we are sorry we are unable to track it exactly,such as informing where it is now,what happened on it,why it's delayed,when it could be received exactly etc as our post office' don't supply such detailed tracking service for air mail parcels,thanks.

Shipping :

For nose pads,saddle bridge nose pads and nose pads repair kit:
the default shipping way is by air mail,
for US customers,it takes around 15 days for receipt, same as first class mail;
for other countries:15-60 days.If the goods are urgent for you,please choose the express way;

For hinges or hinges kit, bridges,pad arms,screws etc:
the default way is by expedited shipping: TNT,DHL,UPS or EMS, costs 30-60USD fee with different weights;
For european countries: usually takes 3-5 days to be received;
For North American Countries: usually takes 3-7 days to be received;
For Brasil: since other express companies have no good customs clearance ability or high customs tax is probably caused when doing it,we usually use EMS only.The speed is not so stable either,if customs clearance goes on fluently,you may receive the parcel around 15 day, otherwise,it will takes longer,depending on how long time are spent on customs. For urgent goods,please choose UPS,TNT or DHL.
For other South American countries: by TNT or EMS;
For south Africa: by DPEX; 3-7 working days for receipt.

Special Things for Brazil and Argentina customers: please never forget to note your CNPJ NO (Brasil)and CUIT NO (Argentina) which is required by your customs,otherwise, the parcel is not allowed to enter your country.

Tracking:

Actually,every customer could track the parcel by yourself as the tracking no will be noted to your Paypal email which made the money once the goods are shipped.It's likely to be held in junk box if you couldn't find it in inbox.

So any time,you could track it when wanting to know where it it now.
